If things are not working correctly in Microsoft Teams we may ask you to clear the Teams cache as a first step to try, or we may advise you to clear it on a regular basis if you are a regular user of Teams.

If you are using the new version of Teams, you will need to use the instructions below:
1. If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.
2. Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key + R
3. In the Run dialog box, copy/paste: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe
4. Delete all files and folders in the directory.
5. Restart Teams.
