It's important for our corporate identity to keep our branding in external emails consistent. Here is a guide on how to set up yours:
1) Open the attachment below to retrieve the current email signature template, it should open as a New Email in Outlook.
2) Copy the content and go to Insert > Signature and choose Signatures.
3) Click New and give the signature a name.
4) Paste the content in, making sure that all formatting is kept (it should do this automatically).
5) Overwrite the placeholders with your name, job title in Welsh and English and telephone numbers. If a line is not relevant (e.g. you do not have a work mobile) then delete the line in question. Once all information is correct and you are happy with it, click Save.
6) Ensure that New Messages and Replies / Forwards have the Signature selected in the drop down menu.
7) Change over to the Personal Stationery tab, and change all three fonts (New mail messages, replies and forwards, composing and reading plain text messages) to Arial, Regular, Size 12.
8) Click OK to confirm.
