This may be due to a bad Zoom update, it can be mitigated with some settings changes in the Zoom app.

Go to Settings > Video > Advanced and turn all four checkboxes under "Use hardware acceleration for", then go to Settings > Share Screen > Advanced and turn off all three checkboxes under "Use hardware acceleration for" as well.

This should help to prevent the issue. We believe it's a high temperature caused issue so try to keep good airflow around your device and when the device cools down it should stop, and changing the settings should stop it from coming back.
